Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Post Acute Care

Andover Forest Post Acute Care Center in North Andover, MA is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for full-time, part-time, or PRN shifts.

Our nursing team supports a clinically active post-acute environment focused on short-term recovery, quality care, and strong teamwork.

We are looking for an LPN who:

• Demonstrates strong communication and organizational skills
• Works well in a fast-paced clinical setting
• Provides compassionate, resident-focused care
• Values teamwork and professionalism

Requirements:

• Active Massachusetts LPN license required
• Direct hire only (no agency)

Compensation:
$39 - $41.50/hour

The posted range reflects total potential earnings, including shift-based pay enhancements.
Base pay is determined by experience, with opportunities to earn higher rates based on shift, schedule, and benefit selections.
Employees who opt out of certain benefits may be eligible for higher hourly pay.
