This is an excellent opportunity for an LPN with tracheostomy (trach), G-tube and O2 experience who enjoys building meaningful relationships while delivering high-quality, individualized care in a school setting


Schedule


We are hiring for:

• Day Shift: 9:00/9:30AM-3:30PM

Coverage is needed Monday through Friday


Responsibilities

• Provide skilled one-on-one nursing care in the patient's home
• Perform tracheostomy (trach) care and suctioning as needed
• Manage G-tube feedings and care
• Administer medications as ordered
• Monitor and document patient condition and nursing interventions
• Communicate effectively with the patient's family and healthcare team
• Ensure a safe, comfortable, and supportive care environment

Qualifications

• Current Ohio Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in good standing
• Experience with tracheostomy (trach) care required
• Experience with G-tube care and enteral feedings required
• Experience with O2 care required
• Current CPR certification
• Excellent assessment, communication, and documentation skills
• Dependable, compassionate, and committed to providing exceptional patient care

Pay & Benefits

• Starting Pay: $31.00 per hour
• Weekly pay via direct deposit
