Pay: Starting at $31.00 per hour

Available Schedule

• Saturday, Sunday: 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM or 9pm-7am

Position Overview


BrightStar Care is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide one-on-one home care services for a client in New Albany, OH. This full-time position offers a consistent schedule and clinical support in a home care setting. Responsibilities include skilled nursing care with G-tube and tracheostomy support. Prior experience is preferred.


This role is well-suited for nurses seeking stable hours and the opportunity to provide individualized care in a structured home environment.


Job Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care in the client’s home
• Perform G-tube and tracheostomy care per plan of care
• Accurately document care and patient status
• Communicate with family members and clinical leadership
• Follow established care plans and safety protocols
• Maintain a safe, clean, and supportive care environment

Required Qualifications

• Active Ohio LPN license in good standing
• Current CPR certification
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Recent TB test or chest X-ray
• Ability to pass background check and drug screening
• Clear and effective verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with G-tube or tracheostomy care
• Pediatric or home care experience
• Willingness to learn additional clinical skills as needed
