Position Overview
PRN team members with CARE Workforce Solutions provide as-needed coverage for private medical, dental, and aesthetic practices. These roles support staffing flexibility, coverage during PTO, high-volume periods, or temporary vacancies.
PRN professionals are expected to be reliable, professional, and clinically competent, with the ability to integrate quickly into existing teams while upholding patient care standards and compliance requirements.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care under provider supervision
- Administer medications and treatments
- Monitor patient status and document care
- Support clinical workflow and patient safety
Requirements- Active LPN license
- CPR/BLS certification
- Clinical experience in assigned specialty
Ideal Candidate- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
