Compensation & Benefits
Weekly earnings ranging from $1,200–$1,800 based on experience and unit placement

Assignment Information
Full-time opportunities available
Initial 16-week contract with 13-week extension options
8-hour and 12-hour shift schedules depending on facility needs
Rotating weekend requirements
Placements available at premier psychiatric and behavioral health facilities throughout North Carolina
Primary Responsibilities
Provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care to behavioral health patients
Perform patient evaluations and monitor physical and behavioral conditions
Administer prescribed medications and assess treatment effectiveness
Assist patients with developing coping strategies and essential life skills
Monitor, document, and communicate changes in patient status
Maintain accurate and timely medical records
Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to promote positive patient outcomes
Qualifications
Graduation from an accredited Licensed Practical Nursing program
Current, unrestricted North Carolina LPN license
Active American Heart Association (AHA) BLS certification
Minimum of one year recent inpatient nursing experience
Ability to successfully complete all required compliance screenings, including background checks, drug testing, and competency evaluations
