Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide nursing care to patients as assigned
• Observe, administer, and record medications, treatments, patient's vital signs, symptoms, and general condition to the appropriate individual(s)
• Reinforce, support, and provide health care instructions to patients and their families
• Assist with resident admission, transfer, and discharge
• Participate with other team members in planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care and other patient activities
• Assist with unit management and/or assume charge of unit as assigned

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Qualifications and Skills:

• Current and valid LPN license
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Fast and adaptive problem-solving abilities
• In-depth understanding of patient care policies and regulations
• Physical strength and stamina
• First aid and CPR certifications
