Department/Unit Summary

Join our team in a Rehabilitation where you will provide compassionate care to patients alongside a dedicated team of Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN). You will play a crucial role in assessing patient needs, administering treatments, and ensuring patient comfort and safety. This position offers the opportunity to work in a collaborative environment focused on delivering high-quality patient care.

The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills and/or abilities required.

Education: Graduate of an accredited Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse program.

Experience: Minimum six months of Medical/Surgical experience in an acute care setting preferred.

License: Current state licensure as a Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse.

Certifications: CPR/BLS certification required; IV Certification highly preferred or must be obtained within 6 months.
