· Contract Length: 37 weeks - 8 months
· Start date: ASAP
· Schedule: Monday through Thursday 7:30 am 4 pm and Friday 7:30 am 1 pm
· Pay rate range: $30 - $33 an hour
· Benefits: Medical / Dental / Vision / Weekly Pay
Job Description:
· LPN position for Primary Care / Occupational Health clinic.
· Epic experience preferred. Lab draw/phlebotomy, front and back office, team work and provides good customer service and team work, conducts patient outreach and stops by booths.
Requirements:
· 3 years minimum of LPN experience required.
· 1 year experience working in a primary care or urgent care setting preferred.
· Must have phlebotomy, front and back office experience.
· LPN license in MS or compact required.
· BLS or CPR certification required.
