Taking vital signs, administering IM and SubQ injections, documenting histories, EKG’s, Diabetic foot exams, assisting with Well Woman Exams and birth control devices, medication reconciliation, applying splints, and calling patients with test results.

7a-530p Days

BLS, ACLS req.

Must have OK LPN license or Compact LPN license

Cerner experience preferred

References must be supervisory and within the last year

Skills checklist must be from within the last year

LPN duties are of the following, but not limited to:

Taking vital signs

Administering IM and SubQ injections

Documenting histories

EKG’s

Diabetic foot exams

Assisting with Well Woman Exams and birth control devices

Medication reconciliation

Applying splints

And calling patients with test results.
