Qualifications
Active Maine LPN license.
Minimum of two years of recent long-term care experience.
Current BCLS certification.

National, state, and county background checks.
10-panel drug screen.
Two-step TB screening and Hepatitis B, MMR, Tdap, and varicella documentation.
