Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for overseeing all patient care
• Ensuring adherence to established policies and procedures
• Administer medications and treatments
• Assist with care plans as needed
• Oversee CNAs on the unit.
• Demonstrate excellence in customer service, interpersonal communication and teamwork.

Requirements

Experience:

• 1 year LPN- Preferred
• Long Term Care Experience preferred
