Shift Options: AM: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM       PM: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM

What You'll Do:

  • Provide direct resident care
  • Administer medications and treatments
  • Monitor resident conditions and report changes
  • Work closely with RNs and CNAs
  • Maintain accurate documentation

What We're Looking For:

  • Active LPN license (required)
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Compassionate and reliable
  • Long-term care experience preferred, but not required
