Augusta Health and Rehabilitation is seeking dedicated Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our team. If you enjoy building relationships with residents and being part of a supportive care team, we'd love to meet you.

What You'll Do:

• Provide direct resident care
• Administer medications and treatments
• Monitor resident conditions and report changes
• Work closely with RNs and CNAs
• Maintain accurate documentation

What We're Looking For:

• Active LPN license (required)
• Strong attention to detail
• Compassionate and reliable
• Long-term care experience preferred, but not required
