    Here’s what you will do:

    • Play an essential support role in providing basic medical care, health monitoring and medication management for clients in recovery from substance use disorders.
    • Maintain accurate nursing notes, med logs, incident reports, and progress notes.
    • Document communication with providers, referrals, and follow-up care.
    • Collaborate with case managers, primary care providers, outpatient addiction treatment centers, and mental health professionals.
    • Participate in team meetings and collaborate with clinical and recovery staff.

    • Help maintain a structured, safe, and recovery-oriented environment.

     

    Who you are:

    • Active licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse by the Massachusetts Board of Registration (required).
    • Experience with substance use disorder programs.
    • Working knowledge of ethics and legal parameters of working with substance abuse clients (preferred).

     

    PAY: $40.00 - $43.00 per hour
