Here’s what you will do:
Play an essential support role in providing basic medical care, health monitoring and medication management for clients in recovery from substance use disorders.
Maintain accurate nursing notes, med logs, incident reports, and progress notes.
Document communication with providers, referrals, and follow-up care.
Collaborate with case managers, primary care providers, outpatient addiction treatment centers, and mental health professionals.
Participate in team meetings and collaborate with clinical and recovery staff.
Help maintain a structured, safe, and recovery-oriented environment.
Who you are:
Active licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse by the Massachusetts Board of Registration (required).
Experience with substance use disorder programs.
Working knowledge of ethics and legal parameters of working with substance abuse clients (preferred).
PAY: $40.00 - $43.00 per hour
