We are hiring a compassionate and experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN/T-LPN) for a Long-Term Care (LTC) / Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) in Bennington, VT. This role offers excellent weekly pay, a consistent night shift schedule, overtime opportunities, and fast placement.

• Deliver direct patient care within the LPN scope of practice.

• Monitor resident conditions, record vital signs, and perform assessments.

• Administer medications, injections, treatments, and wound care.

• Assist residents with ADLs (bathing, grooming, feeding, mobility).

• Maintain accurate and timely EMR/EHR documentation.

• Collaborate with RNs, physicians, and care teams.

• Ensure a safe, clean, and supportive care environment.

• Active LPN or T-LPN License (State or Compact, if applicable).

• Current BLS Certification.

• Experience in LTC, SNF, Rehab, or Nursing Home preferred.

• Strong communication and organizational skills.
