Responsible for assisting the physician in clinical care of all patients to include patient assessment, planning, intervention and evaluation. Will also have general responsibilities to assist in the day-to-day clinical operations of the office.

Experience
Six months of related experience
Licenses & Certifications
- Georgia Licensed Practical Nurse or Multistate Nursing License
- Healthcare Provider (CPR) or must be obtained within 30 days of hire.
Qualifications
- Completion of an accredited School of Nursing program and current licensure by the State Board of Nursing required.
- Experience in medical practice preferred.
- Medical practice preferred. Clinical rotation time considered.
- Must be capable of dealing tactfully and effectively with patients, family members, other employees and physicians.
- Must maintain high degree of confidentiality.
- Must possess the cognitive ability to understand patient's medical records, physician's orders and medical orders to be communicated to patient, hospital and/or other physician.
- Must possess the sense of discipline to work in accordance with accepted clinical standards.
- Prior experience performing X-rays and EKG's is preferred. (Not required for Pediatric LPN position)
