Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Skilled Nurse RN or LPN - 3rd Shift - Trach/Ventilator 

Position: Part-Time and Full-Time AvailableStarting Pay: $25.00-$35.00 per hour (Pay determined by experience)

Job Description:Interim HealthCare of Central PA is seeking a dedicated LPN to provide overnight shift care for an adult that is dependent for all care including tracheostomy and ventilator management. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with full personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and oral hygiene
• Medication administration and nutrition via g-tube
• Manage and monitor tracheostomy and ventilator care  
• Perform suctioning and airway management as needed
• Follow the client/patient individualized plan of care 
• Notify supervisor of change in condition or status

Requirements:

• Active or RN LPN license in PA 
• CPR Certification 
• Experience with ventilator and trach care
• Six months experience in home care or healthcare setting required
• Reliable transportation 
• Able to frequently lift, reposition, or transfer client/patients
