We are seeking a compassionate, dependable, and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team in leadership role.

Position Summary

As an RN/LPN, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety, comfort, and well-being of our residents throughout the night. You will provide care and supervision, oversee resident health needs, supervise caregiving staff, and respond promptly to any changes in resident condition.

Schedule

• Full-Time Position
• 32–40 hours per week
• Required to work every other weekend
• Rotating holiday schedule

Responsibilities

• Provide care to residents with dementia and other cognitive impairments
• Administer medications in accordance with physician orders and state regulations
• Assess residents and promptly communicate any changes in condition to physicians and families
• Respond appropriately to emergencies and overnight clinical needs
• Supervise and support team of caregivers
• Maintain accurate electronic documentation and nursing records
• Ensure compliance with all Massachusetts Department of Public Health regulations and facility policies
• Promote a safe, respectful, and resident-centered environment

Qualifications

• Current Massachusetts Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in good standing
• Previous experience caring for older adults, preferably in memory care, dementia care, long-term care, or geriatrics
• Experience working with residents living with Alzheimer's disease and other forms of dementia is strongly preferred
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with the interdisciplinary team
• Compassionate, patient, dependable, and committed to delivering exceptional care
