Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Float Location: Manhattan, NY (Central Park, Upper East Side, Yorkville, Kips Bay, Washington Heights Schedule: 4/10 hour days, Mon, Wed-Fri 7:30a-6p (RDO Tuesday)

This LPN Float role offers the opportunity to work across multiple locations, making it ideal for someone who enjoys variety and wants to expand their clinical experience in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities
Perform patient intake, including updating medical history, medications, and allergies in the electronic medical system
Record vital signs and prepare patients for exams and procedures
Assist providers during exams and in-office procedures
Administer injections and medications per physician orders
Perform phlebotomy and collect lab specimens
Conduct EKGs and point-of-care testing
Provide patient education on medications, treatments, and care plans
Qualifications
Active New York State LPN license required
BLS certification required
Prior outpatient or clinical experience preferred
Experience with EMR systems
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
Compensation & Benefits
Starting pay: $38-49/hour (based on experience)
