Job Description
As a Licensed Practical Nurse at Signature HealthCARE, you’ll deliver compassionate, person-centered nursing care to residents in long-term care and post-acute settings. You will administer medications and treatments, monitor and document resident status, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to support individualized care plans. In our resident-centered, faith-based culture, you’ll model dignity, respect, and teamwork while mentoring CNAs and supporting quality, safety, and continuous improvement.
