About the Role:

As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care to our residents. Your responsibilities will include administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with daily living activities. You will also have the opportunity to work closely with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, wound care, and other treatments as ordered by physicians

• Monitor and report patient status, including vital signs and changes in condition

• Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans

• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and progress
