Description
This position involves providing nursing care in an onsite setting in New York, NY.
It is a full-time role with day shifts from Monday to Friday.
The role requires supporting healthcare providers, performing patient assessments, and using generic technology systems for record-keeping.
Requirements
Ability to support providers in patient care.
Proficiency in recording and documenting patient information.
Experience in handling patient data and medical records.
Capability to administer tests and injections.
Effective communication skills for patient interaction.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Flexibility to work a full-time schedule.
Qualifications
NYS LPN licensure.
BLS certification.
High School diploma or GED.
Graduate of a formal Technical or Vocational LPN Program.
At least one year of experience with Substance Use Disorder or Serious Mental Illness.
Computer literacy with proficiency in generic office software and electronic health records.
Experience working with diverse backgrounds.
