Job Description
Signature HealthCARE seeks a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse to deliver resident-centered care in our long-term and post-acute community. The LPN provides hands-on clinical care, administers medications and treatments, monitors and documents resident status, and supports care planning within LPN scope. Collaborating with an interdisciplinary team, you’ll promote dignity, safety, and wellness while guiding CNAs and educating residents and families.
