Greenlife Healthcare Staffing is currently seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to fill openings with a skilled care facility (SNF) located in Queens, New York. This Night shift role is ideal for a dedicated LPN with nursing home experience who is passionate about providing quality care to residents in a long-term care setting.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide direct nursing care to residents under the supervision of registered nurses and physicians in accordance with facility policies and state regulations.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring accuracy and adherence to safety protocols.
Monitor and document residents' vital signs, symptoms, and overall condition, reporting any changes to the supervising RN or physician.
Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) and provide compassionate support to residents and their families.
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all nursing interventions and observations.
Adhere to infection control protocols and maintain a clean, safe environment for residents and staff.
Supervise and assist Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) as needed to ensure quality resident care.
