We are looking for a compassionate and dependable Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our nursing team in an assisted living healthcare setting.
This is a great opportunity for an LPN who enjoys working independently, supporting residents, and taking a leadership role during the overnight shift.
What You'll Do
Provide nursing care and monitor residents' health and well-being.
Administer medications and treatments.
Monitor and document changes in residents' conditions.
Assist with resident care plans and treatment plans.
Respond to urgent situations and resident needs.
Perform assessments and neurological checks following falls.
Communicate with physicians, pharmacies, home health agencies, and families.
Maintain accurate documentation in PointClickCare/EHR systems.
Monitor medications, medication carts, and supplies.
Support direct-care staff when needed.
Help ensure residents receive safe, respectful, and compassionate care.
Serve as the Manager on Duty during the NOC shift, handling overnight concerns and contacting on-call leadership when necessary.
What We're Looking For
Current and active Oregon LPN license.
At least 112 years of clinical nursing experience.
Assisted or independent living experience is preferred.
Behavioral health or experience working with individuals with complex needs is a plus.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Comfortable working independently on the overnight shift.
