ENT Clinic Nurse (RN or LPN) — Full-Time | 0.9 FTE | Sign-On Bonus Available | Sidney, MT

Pay: $26.43 – $67.07 per hour (dependent on relevant experience)

Schedule: Full-Time | 72 hours per pay period (every 2 weeks)
Setting: ENT Clinic / Outpatient

Were partnering with a highly regarded, not-for-profit community medical center in Sidney, Montana to hire an ENT Clinic RN or LPN. This is an excellent opportunity for a nurse who enjoys building relationships, staying organized, and making a direct impact in an outpatient setting—without the rotating nights/holidays typical of inpatient roles.

What youll do

As part of a collaborative clinic team, youll play a key role in keeping patient care moving smoothly and ensuring patients feel supported from start to finish.

  • Document patient care and treatments in the electronic medical record (EMR)

  • Serve as a primary liaison between patients, providers, and clinic staff

  • Take vital signs and support in-clinic ENT procedures

  • Triage patient calls/messages and ensure timely follow-up

  • Refill prescriptions and complete prior authorizations as needed

  • Track labs/results and help coordinate next steps with providers

  • Work closely with an interdisciplinary team to support whole-person care

Education

  • Associate or Bachelors degree in Nursing

Licensure/Certifications

  • Current, unencumbered Montana RN or LPN license

  • Current BLS
