Job Description
Signature HealthCARE seeks a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse to deliver resident-centered care in our long-term and post-acute facilities. In this role, you’ll provide hands-on nursing care, administer medications and treatments, monitor and document resident conditions, and support individualized care plans in collaboration with an interdisciplinary team. You’ll uphold high standards of safety, infection control, and quality while mentoring support staff.
