Compliance Notes

• Registry Personnel must bring a state or federal issued identification to the facility and wear a photo badge at all times. Agency staff must have completed the original or updated COVID-19 vaccine or present a documented religious and/or medical exemption from their employer to be considered for any assignment. Additional doses must be obtained where required by law.
• 4 on/3 off rotating schedule (one week 4x12s, next week 3x12s)
• Every other weekend (EOW) required

Requirements

Must-Have

• Active North Carolina LPN/LVN licence or compact eligibility
• Current CPR/BLS certification (if applicable to role)
