Description:
• We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse for a full-time position in New York, NY.
• This role requires providing quality patient care in an onsite setting, working Monday through Friday with rotating Saturdays.
• The ideal candidate will have experience in an ambulatory setting and be proficient in various clinical procedures and patient care technologies.
Requirements:
• Completion of a practical nurse course of study.
• Current New York State LPN license and registration.
• Current BCLS, Infection Control, and Child Abuse Certificates.
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an ambulatory setting preferred.
• Proficiency in venipuncture and medication administration.
• Basic computer skills including typing.
• Bi-lingual in Spanish preferred.
Qualifications:
• Demonstrated clinical, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to organize care for multiple patients.
• Knowledge of medication actions, dosages, and side effects.
