What You Will Do:
  • Deliver compassionate patient care under the guidance of clinical leadership, ensuring every action aligns with the highest safety and licensing standards.
  • Monitor and assess patient well-being to provide real-time updates to the care team, directly influencing the accuracy of treatment plans.
  • Administer medications and treatments with precision, vigilantly observing patient responses to ensure a safe and effective recovery process.
  • Execute vital diagnostic tests and therapeutic services that provide the essential data needed for informed clinical decision-making.
  • Empower patients and families through personalized education, preparing them for a confident transition to self-care and long-term health post-discharge.
What You Will Need:

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

  • BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
  • Practical/Vocational Nurse credentialed from the Kansas Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.

Education:

  • High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
    • Note: Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable.
