We are seeking a part-time dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our healthcare team. As an LPN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and ensuring the well-being of our patients. Responsibilities
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes or abnormalities
Assist with patient assessments and develop care plans
Provide direct patient care, including wound care, and medication administration
Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes
Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records
Educate patients and their families on healthcare procedures and disease management
Adhere to infection control protocols and maintain aseptic technique
Skills
Valid LPN license in Oklahoma
Proficient in medical terminology and medical imaging techniques
Ability to undertake a variety of diverse care tasks and work in a multidisciplinary team
Familiarity with clinical health, safety and sanitation standards and procedures
Understanding of confidentiality obligations and nursing best practices
Excellent knowledge of medical and hospital terminology
Strong knowledge of aseptic technique and infection control practices
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
