About the Role

As a Licensed Practical Floor Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN), you will provide caring and skilled support to our family of residents.

Responsibilities include:

• Assessing residents and identifying their healthcare needs

• Providing nursing care and treatment in accordance with established plans of care

• Monitoring and evaluating residents' conditions and responses to treatment

• Supporting residents with compassion, dignity, and respect

• Collaborating with residents, families, and members of the healthcare team

• Maintaining compliance with applicable state and federal healthcare regulations

• Providing excellent customer service and creating a positive experience for residents and their families

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing

• Current, active, and unrestricted LPN or RN license in good standing with the Virginia State Board of Nursing

• 1–3 years of nursing experience preferred

• Previous experience in a Skilled Nursing, Assisted Living, or Long-Term Care environment preferred

• Experience working with the geriatric population is a plus

• Knowledge of applicable state and federal healthcare regulations

• Excellent customer service and communication skills

• Compassionate, dependable, and committed to providing high-quality resident care
