What You'll Do

• Provide direct nursing care to residents according to care plans and physician orders
• Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely
• Monitor residents' health status and promptly report changes
• Document care provided and maintained accurate clinical records
• Collaborate with the care team, residents, and families to ensure high-quality, resident-centered care
• Uphold infection control, safety, and confidentiality standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned

What We're Looking For

• Current LPN license in the state of MD
• 3-5 years of experience in a hospital, long term care facility or other related healthcare facility
• Passion for providing compassionate, resident-focused care
• Strong teamwork skills and a positive attitude
• Commitment to maintaining a professional, respectful environment
