Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN/LVN)

Location: Richmond, VA 23219
Contract: 6 Weeks
Shift: Day | 7:00 AM–4:00 PM
Schedule: Monday–Friday
Pay Rate: $40–$48/hr
Lunch: 11:00 AM–12:00 PM

Requirements

• Current LPN/LVN License

• Experience administering flu shots and vaccinations

• Recent phlebotomy and blood draw experience

• Vital signs and biometric screening experience

• Experience assisting providers with exams and procedures

• Patient education experience

• EHR/EMR documentation experience

• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills

• Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Room and prepare patients for examinations and procedures.

• Obtain and document vital signs.

• Assist providers with examinations and clinical procedures.

• Administer medications, flu shots, and vaccinations.

• Perform phlebotomy and blood draws.

• Conduct biometric screenings and health assessments.

• Document patient information accurately in the EHR/EMR.

• Process patient calls according to clinical protocols.

• Provide patient education regarding treatments and preventive care.

• Communicate patient information to providers.

• Maintain medical supplies and exam rooms.

• Provide front-office, back-office, and clerical support as needed.

• Support health education, patient outreach, and wellness initiatives.
