Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a contract assignment at a Skilled Nursing Facility in Painted Post, New York. This role offers a consistent schedule, supportive team environment, and the opportunity to extend based on performance and facility needs.
Responsibilities
Provide high‑quality nursing care to residents in a Skilled Nursing Facility
Administer medications and treatments according to care plans
Monitor, document, and report changes in resident conditions
Support RNs, CNAs, and interdisciplinary team members
Maintain accurate and compliant documentation
Assist with daily clinical operations and resident care needs
Qualifications
Active LPN license in New York
Previous SNF or long‑term care experience preferred
Strong communication, assessment, and clinical skills
Dependable, compassionate, and committed to resident‑centered care
Schedule & Contract Details
