Job Description
Signature HealthCARE seeks a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse to provide resident-centered care in our long-term care and post-acute community. The LPN delivers hands-on nursing, including medication administration, treatments, and monitoring of resident conditions, while supporting individualized care plans. Working within an interdisciplinary, faith-based, mission-driven team, you’ll document in the EHR, promote safety and quality, and partner with residents and families.
