Job Summary:
Tryfacta is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse for our client in Vestal, NY 13850. This is a 13 Week contract assignment. If you meet the qualifications listed below and are interested, please Apply Now!

Position : Licensed Practical Nurse
Location: 3700 Old Vestal Rd Vestal, NY 13850
Contract Duration: 16 Weeks (Possible extension)
Shift: Day 5x8-Hour ( 23:45 - 07:15)


Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:

Provide direct patient care under the supervision of Registered Nurses (RNs) and physicians
Monitor, assess, and record patients' vital signs, symptoms, and overall health status
Administer prescribed medications and treatments while observing for side effects or adverse reactions
Assist with developing and implementing individualized patient care plans
Perform wound care, dressing changes, catheter care, and other nursing procedures
Collect specimens for laboratory testing and monitor diagnostic results
Maintain accurate patient records and document care provided in compliance with regulations
Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, feeding, and mobility support when needed
