Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
Duties & Responsibilities
- Obtain and document vitals prior to provider encounter
- Obtain and document past medical, family and social history
- Communicate with Physicians and Mid-Level Providers
- Prioritizing actions based on level of importance or urgency
- Answers phone lines as assigned and triage effectively, dispatching to the appropriate areas
- Monitor patients throughout their treatment.
- Perform routine checks of patients' vital signs

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
- Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
Education and/or Experience Requirements
- Current state LPN license required
- Current BLS certification required
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
- Current Medical Certificate required
- 1 year(s) of Clinical experience preferred.
- Experience with EMR systems
