Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Home Health
Salary: $35–$45 per hour

Responsibilities:
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers
- Monitor and document patient vital signs and overall health status
- Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, grooming, and meal preparation
- Educate patients and families on managing health conditions and care plans
- Coordinate with RNs, therapists, physicians, and other healthcare professionals
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation using EHR systems
- Provide emotional support and companionship
- Follow all safety and health regulations in home care settings
Requirements:
- Active and valid LPN license in Massachusetts
- Minimum 1 year of experience in home health or related healthcare setting
- Current BLS certification
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to patient homes
- Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassion and commitment to quality patient care
