What We Offer:

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Location: Clemmons, North Carolina

Department: Twin City Pediatrics 

Full‑Time | Mon-Fri 8am-5pm

Weekend Rotation: 3-hour weekend shift every 6 weeks
Experience: New graduates are welcome to apply! Prior clinical/ambulatory experience preferred but not required.

 

Position Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our healthcare team. The LPN will provide quality patient care by supporting clinical operations, assisting providers, and ensuring patients receive exceptional care throughout their healthcare journey.

 

What We're Looking For:
  • Education:
    • High School Diploma or GED, required.
    • Graduate of accredited Practical Nursing Program.
  • Experience:
    • One year of relevant experience, preferred.
  • Licensure/Certification: 
    • Appropriate state LPN license, required.
  • Additional Skills (required):
    • Computer skills, Phone call etiquette, Organizational Skills.
What You'll Do:

Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct patient care in a clinical setting
  • Room patients, obtain vital signs, and collect patient health information
  • Assist providers with exams, procedures, and treatments
  • Administer medications and injections as directed
  • Perform patient assessments and communicate changes in patient condition
  • Support triage activities and respond to patient needs
  • Complete accurate clinical documentation
  • Assist with patient education and care coordination
  • Manage in-basket messages, orders, and follow-up tasks as assigned
  • Perform point-of-care testing and specimen collection as needed
  • Support clinic operations and maintain a safe, efficient patient care environment
  • Collaborate with providers and care team members to deliver high-quality patient care
