Qualifications
Graduate of an approved school of nursing
Current LPN license in good standing in New York
Strong communication, customer service, and organizational skills
Ability to work well under pressure and collaboratively with staff
Compassionate, team-oriented approach to care
Genuine interest in supporting ill, injured, disabled, and elderly residents
COVID-19 vaccination encouraged (not mandated)
Key Responsibilities
Provide daily support to unit leadership and respond to resident/family needs
Deliver direct resident care using nursing judgment and prioritization
Administer medications and treatments; monitor for effects
Collaborate with care team to update care plans and communicate findings
Monitor and document vitals, treatments, and resident responses
Oversee and evaluate CNA assignments and care delivery
