Provide direct nursing care to patients according to the plan of care.
Monitor and record patients' vital signs and health status.
Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
Perform wound care, dressing changes, and other nursing procedures.
Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) as needed.
Collect and document patient information and changes in condition.
Maintain accurate and timely patient records.
Communicate changes in patient condition to the RN or healthcare provider.
Assist physicians and RNs with examinations and procedures.
