Job Type:- Contract (3+ Months)
Pay Rate: $38/hr- $45/hr
Shift Timings :- 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM and 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
Job Responsibilities
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered by physicians.
- Monitor, observe, and record residents’ vital signs and conditions.
- Carry out therapeutic treatments according to care plan.
- Collect specimens and maintain accurate medical records Assist with resident admissions and discharges.
- Communicate effectively with physicians, residents, families, and healthcare staff.
- Supervise Nursing Assistants and unit clerical staff.
- Ensure quality resident care and compliance with facility standards.
Requirements
- Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in New York State.
- BLS/CPR
