Licensed Nurse (LPN/LVN) 

Shifts: 7p–7a and 7a–7p 

Pay Rate:$40.00–$46.00/hr

Responsibilities

• Administration of medications

• Accurate documentation of medication administration

• Providing resident care aligned with Sunrise’s mission “to champion the quality of life for all seniors”

• Ensuring the highest level of service and care in accordance with Sunrise policies and all federal, state, and local regulations

Qualifications

• Active LPN, LVN, or state‑specific nursing license

• Required certifications must be maintained (state dependent)

• Minimum age: 18 years

• At least 6 months of experience with seniors in assisted living, home health, independent living, hospital, or long‑term care

• Strong desire to serve and care for seniors

• Ability to make sound decisions in the resident’s best interest

• Ability to remain calm in challenging situations

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Effective at handling multiple priorities

• Demonstrated judgment, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills
