Location: Dublin, CA Shifts Available: 7:00am–3:00pm • 3:00pm–11:00pm • 11:00pm–7:00am Employment Type: Full‑Time / Part‑Time

About the Role

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Licensed Nurses who are committed to delivering exceptional care to seniors. This role is ideal for professionals who value dignity, safety, and quality of life for older adults in a supportive care environment.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications in accordance with federal, state, and local regulations.

• Accurately document all medication administration.

• Provide direct resident care with professionalism, empathy, and respect.

• Promote the highest standard of quality care and service for all residents.

• Respond calmly and effectively in challenging or emergency situations.

• Support residents’ needs using sound clinical judgment and strong communication skills.

• Maintain compliance with organizational policies and care standards.

• If applicable, meet all requirements for team members who operate company vehicles.

Qualifications

• Active LPN or LVN license (state‑specific credential required).

• Must maintain all required certifications.

• Minimum age: 18 years old.

• At least 6 months of experience working with seniors in assisted living, home health, independent living, hospital, or long‑term care settings.

• Strong desire to serve and care for seniors.

• Ability to make decisions in the best interest of residents.

• Ability to remain calm and composed in difficult situations.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

• Demonstrated good judgment, problem‑solving, and decision‑making abilities.

• Previous experience working with seniors preferred.
