Medication administration — safely and accurately administer prescribed medications
Documentation — maintain complete and compliant medication records
Resident care — provide daily care aligned with Sunrise’s mission to champion quality of life for all seniors
Quality standards — ensure services meet Sunrise policies and all federal, state, and local regulations
Active LPN, LVN, or state‑specific nursing license
Certification maintenance where required by state regulations
Minimum age: 18 years
At least 6 months of experience in senior care, assisted living, home health, long‑term care, or similar settings
Strong desire to serve and support seniors
Ability to make sound decisions in the resident’s best interest
Ability to stay calm and effective in challenging situations
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities
Demonstrated judgment, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills
If driving a Sunrise vehicle, must meet all safety and compliance requirements
