The Primary Therapist is responsible for providing individual and group therapy services to adults in PHP, IOP and Residential levels of care, ensuring high-quality, ethical, and compliant treatment for individuals with mental health and co-occurring substance use disorders. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Conduct biopsychosocial assessments and formulate individualized treatment plans Provide individual, group, and family therapy Facilitate structured therapeutic groups aligned with program curriculum Participate in multidisciplinary treatment team meetings Respond to clinical crises , including de-escalation and safety planning Complete timely and accurate documentation in EMR Coordinate care with psychiatry, nursing, case management, and external providers Maintain compliance with HIPAA, state regulations, and accreditation standards Licensure Requirements (Required) Florida: LMHC, LCSW, or LMFT License must be active and in good standing Preferred Qualifications Experience in IOP, PHP, or residential treatment Dual-diagnosis experience Group therapy facilitation experience EMR proficiency Work Schedule Full-Time Schedule may vary based on program census and patient needs Pre-Employment Requirements Ability to pass drug screening and background check CPR/First Aid (or willingness to obtain) Monday - Friday 8am-5pm, alternating Saturday's.
