Salary: $115,000 - $120,000 per year

We are hiring a New Mexico-licensed mental health counselor to provide telehealth services to clients in a fully remote setting. This role offers the opportunity to support clients through professional online therapy while maintaining flexibility and consistency in your work schedule.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide remote counseling services to clients located in New Mexico
- Complete clinical assessments, treatment planning, and progress documentation
- Support clients with emotional, behavioral, and relational concerns
- Maintain a secure, confidential, and professional telehealth environment
- Use clinically appropriate interventions to support client progress
Requirements
- Must hold an active New Mexico license in one of the following accepted credentials: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
- Experience in mental health counseling, therapy, psychology, or clinical social work
- Comfortable delivering care through telehealth platforms
- Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills
- Commitment to ethical and client-centered care
