Provide individual, family, and group counseling services under supervision
Assist with intake assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes
Implement therapeutic interventions aligned with evidence-based practices
Monitor client progress and report concerns to the supervising clinician
Maintain clinical documentation in accordance with licensing and agency requirements
Support clients in developing coping skills, emotional regulation, and behavioral strategies
Participate in supervision, training, and professional development activities
Collaborate with psychiatrists, nurses, case managers, and other providers
Adhere to ethical guidelines and confidentiality standards
Comply with HIPAA and agency policies
Maintain professional boundaries and ethical conduct
Attend required supervision and staff meetings
Support agency mission and client-centered care approach
Maintain licensure/associate status requirements
Job Qualifications
Master's degree
Cleared criminal background check and signed statement regarding felony indictments/convictions
Cleared TB test results (current within 12 months before employment)
Cleared pre-employment drug screen,
Working cellular telephone
Skills Excellent verbal and written communication Problem solving Active listening Social perceptiveness Critical thinking Coordination Leadership & Organization Competent in using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Google Applications, Zoom Meeting, the Internet, and other software applications
