TeamHealth is seeking a passionate and experienced licensed professional counselor, licensed marriage and family therapist, or licensed mental health counselor to join our team and provide exceptional psychotherapy services.

About the Role
Role will start out as 1 day a week covering one facility and will eventually become full-time as additional facilities are added. No evenings or weekends work requirements. Scheduling flexibility that supports a great work-life balance, allowing you to set your scheduling preference, i.e., morning start time and rounding day between Monday and Friday.

Compensation and Benefits
Compensation is Fee for Service (FFS) expected compensation is estimated range of $16,120 to $19,344 annually with no cap on productivity income. Once role becomes full-time, a minimum of 4 days a week, you will be eligible for a base salary, health benefits, 401K, paid time off, and more. Paid professional liability insurance and tail coverage are also provided.
Qualifications
• LPC, LMHC, or LMFT with a current license in the state of Georgia; we are unable to consider LCSWs for this role • 1 year experience as an LPCLMHCLMFT post program completion • Must be able to practice and bill independently without the need for completing supervisory hours • Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and treatment planning skills • Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal abilities • Passion for working with older adult populations
