This role offers clinical autonomy, flexible scheduling, and strong organizational support in post-acute and long-term care settings (SNF/LTC/ALF/IRF).

Role Overview

• Full-time (5-days per week) within Monday - Friday
• No nights or weekends
• Flexible, onsite, round-and-go model with remote documentation
• Provide clinical assessments, diagnoses, and individual psychotherapy
• Treat depression, anxiety, trauma, adjustment disorder, grief and loss plus life transitions
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams across care settings
• Coverage area includes Liberty, Kansas City, and Lawson, Missouri

Compensation and Benefits

• Estimated compensation range of $86,113 - $102,136 annually with no cap on productivity income
• Base salary plus productivity, W2 position with full benefits (medical, dental, vision, PTO, 401k)
• Back-end infrastructure and clinical support provided

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted Missouri license as LPC or LMFT
• LCSW not considered at this time
• Eligible for independent practice and billing
• 6 months experience needed as a psychotherapist
• Experience with older adults or post-acute care preferred
